These monocrystalline cells have no grid lines on the front, resulting in increased energy production and a sleek appearance. They also perform well in low light conditions and experience minimal temperature losses.

Designed with ease of installation in mind, these modules come equipped with standard MC4 connectors and 3M adhesive backing.

The materials to produce this module are carefully chosen to ensure a long lifetime, pleasant aesthetics and are easy to clean. Moreover, the polymers contain no fluorine making them more friendly for recycling.

STANDARD FLEXIBLE MODULE

Our flexible solar modules are the perfect solution for nearly any application. These modules can be easily bent to follow a curve and feature an adhesive backside that can stick to almost any surface. Plus, the aesthetically pleasing frontside is easy to clean and contains no fluorine.

Our semi-flexible design allows the module to bend around surfaces to ensure a perfect fit. With >24% efficiency Maxeon solar cells, these modules offer the best efficiency and redundancy. To further enhance shade tolerance, the modules come equipped with bypass diodes.

Our flexible modules can be combined with a buck/boost MPPT to power a 12, 24 or 48-volt system.

The rigid module has the same power specifications as our semi-flexible module but comes laminated onto a rigid carbon fibre sandwich. This is probably one of the lightest rigid modules out there and is fully self-supporting.


Perfect for places where surface mounting is not possible or as a stand-alone solar panel.

We are specialized in the development and production of custom solar modules. These can be applied to any surface or project and are tailored to your needs and preferences. With our technology, we create solar modules that are specifically designed to fit the contours of your vehicle. Additionally, we can use different materials to vary the top surface, colour and connection method.

We use high-quality solar cells (Maxeon SunPower®) and the best laminating materials to ensure your modules are performing at their best. There is a range of material, integration and connection methods which can be found in the following section.

Our custom solar modules are available in a range of sizes with a maximum size of 800 x 1300 mm (per module), and everything smaller than this. For regular custom modules, we are bound to the grid matrix size of the solar cells. However, on special request, we can even cut solar cells to optimize the available area.

COLOUR

Our modules can be made with a white, black or transparent backsheet.

connection methods

Our product provides three distinct connection options to meet your unique needs. Whether you prefer junction boxes, surface mount flexible PCB’s, or flush installation with sub-module mounting, we’ve got you covered. Junction boxes are an excellent choice when drilling into surfaces is not possible, thanks to their easy installation using MC4 connectors and certified cables. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a sleek, flush installation, our flexible PCB connection method requires drilling holes into the surface for sub-module mounting. Regardless of which method you choose, our product ensures a reliable and convenient connection.

The modules can be made with various front sheets. We can offer glossy, matte, structured glossy, structured matte and high-performance anti-reflection.

Our standard frontsheet is made with high quality PET (can be fully recycled) that has high UV resistance and anti-scratch properties.
