With our technology, we create solar modules that are specifically designed to fit the contours of your vehicle. Our custom solar modules are available in a range of sizes with a maximum size of 800 x 1300 mm (per module), and everything smaller than this. For regular custom modules, we are bound to the grid matrix size of the solar cells. However, on special request, we can even cut solar cells to optimize the available area.
Our modules can be made with a white, black or transparent backsheet.
Our product provides three distinct connection options to meet your unique needs. Whether you prefer junction boxes, surface mount flexible PCB’s, or flush installation with sub-module mounting, we’ve got you covered. Junction boxes are an excellent choice when drilling into surfaces is not possible, thanks to their easy installation using MC4 connectors and certified cables. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a sleek, flush installation, our flexible PCB connection method requires drilling holes into the surface for sub-module mounting. Regardless of which method you choose, our product ensures a reliable and convenient connection.
The modules can be made with various front sheets. We can offer glossy, matte, structured glossy, structured matte and high-performance anti-reflection.
Our standard frontsheet is made with high quality PET (can be fully recycled) that has high UV resistance and anti-scratch properties.
Our structured frontsheet is made from ultra-durable ETFE, which protects against chemicals, salt water and UV.
